Objects Etre Touchy Gloves

It's been particularly cold in New York City this winter which can make it rather unpleasant for testing camera gear. Good thing we've been using Etre Touchy gloves which have exposed thumbs and forefingers so we can easily press the shutter and adjust settings on the cameras while keeping the rest of our hands toasty.

Originally designed for use with iPhones, Blackberrys and music players, Etre Touchy gloves are starting to catch on with photographers and it's easy to see why. First of all they're made from 100 percent lamb's wool so they're nice and warm without being bulky. Second of all, they're practical. (Have you ever tried to use your camera with regular gloves?) And finally, they have a fun look to them.

While they might not appeal to Joe Serious Everything-I-Own-Is-Black Photographer, we found the Etre color combinations pretty stylish: charcoal with turquoise trim; gray with rose trim; black with charcoal trim; and chocolate with mint stripes.

Etre gloves come in four different sizes—men's, women's, youth's and children's. As an added bonus, if you order 20 or more pairs—for your entire photography group or association?—you can pick your own colors from a range of 120 stock shades.

Cost: $32.30
