Jill-e XL Rolling Camera Bag

We've been fans of the female-friendly photography bags from jill-e for a while now and it delighted us to discover at PMA that the company has added to its line-up with a new oversized rolling leather camera bag that looks good and has improved ergonomics.

In particular, despite the "extra-large" classification, the new bag is actually slimmed down on the side and taller at the top to fit more camera gear. This now makes it possible to wheel the bag down the aisle of an airplane without getting snagged. (The older "large" version is too wide to do this.)

According to a jill-e representative we spoke with at PMA, being able to wheel the bag on a plane while using the telescoping handle was one of the biggest requests from female photographers. Meanwhile, the bag can fit a ton of gear, including several DSLR bodies, 70-200mm f/2.8 and longer lenses, flashes, batteries and a whole bunch of other photo-related stuff depending on how you configure it. There's also a padded slot for fitting up to a 17-inch laptop.

The all-leather bag is available in black with white stitching and gold accents. Pretty snazzy, right?

Cost: $379
