The Hard Disk flaunts a sleek design—a black-mirrored finish with a blue LED strip that gives off an ambient glow—that was created exclusively for LaCie by award-winning designer Neil Poulton. It also comes preloaded with LaCie "1-Click" Backup Software for PC and Mcc and the Mac-only SilverKeeper, as well as the LaCie Setup Assistant, a utility that optimizes the drive according to users' needs and automatically copies the user manual and utilities to the computer (Mac, Windows or cross-platform environments).
