Adobe Releases Free Photoshop CS4 Download 'Configurator'

Adobe has released Adobe Configurator for Photoshop CS4, available immediately as a free download from Adobe Labs: http://labs.adobe.com.

Configurator, an open-source Adobe AIR-based application, allows users to create and share their own Photoshop interface panels that add on to the Flash Platform built into Photoshop CS4. These custom panels help users organize the Photoshop interface to better fit their specific needs. With Configurator, users create a customized panel with a simple drag and drop of tools and menu items. Users can also call actions and scripts, and panels can incorporate widgets including images, video, and other SWF files. Once panels are created, users can share them with the entire Photoshop community via Adobe Exchange.
