PRESS RELEASE

Announcing a Powerful Integration Between Photography Software Firms.

Cohoes, NY and Avon, CT, June 8th, 2009 - Leading photography software firms, LabPrints and PhotoOne, have integrated their products to create the most streamlined workflow solution available to professional photographers.  The integration allows photographers to manage all of their studio needs from scheduling and marketing to selling online and album design. Both firms believe that because of the tepid economy, photographers need to strategize their time wisely.

“Our photographers face growing competition. The ability to offer a variety of products and services is easily accomplished with both LabPrints and PhotoOne,” says Bill Gamble, LabPrints founder and CTO.

Today’s photographer is faced with a variety of software verticals to address their studio needs. To enhance efficiencies, LabPrints and PhotoOne integrated their software tools so the photographer can move from their studio management software to presentation, album designing, storefront tools and back.  As a result, there is no more double entry and price lists can be easily synced or amended to make ordering and fulfillment a “click” of a finger.

“We were looking for a solution to eliminate our client’s need to double enter information into PhotoOne after they utilized another software tool,” says Stuart MacFaddin, PhotoOne CTO. “The decision was made to integrate with another market leader to address that issue, and LabPrints fits well with many of our current client needs.  We believe this integration will create a workflow that is both intuitive and desirable to our clients.”
